Recently announced, Hersheypark is ramping up the foodie offerings at its theme park this year. for Hersheypark Chocolatetown restaurants, the new dining/shopping area opened in 2020, two new places to eat at give us fans another reason to visit the park. Here’s the “scoop” on when they open and what you can expect.
I’ve been to Hersheypark a few times and with each visit I dive more into its dining options. I’ve test driven the all-day dining plan (worth it!) and have tasted the famous snacks. This year, i’m happy to be a member of the 2021 Hersheypark Sweetest Families, so I’ll be sharing even more tips and tricks for navigating the parks. Here’s the scoop on this year’s new dining options at Chocolatetown.
But first: Where can you get tickets for Hersheypark? Here’s the Hersheypark tickets link.
Hersheypark Chocolatetown: Milton’s Ice Cream Parlor
Opening April 2, 2021 (the same day as theme park opening!), Milton’s Ice Cream Parlor is the latest decadent dining spot. Based on Mr. Milton Hershey’s love of concocting all the sweets, it will have “expert icecreamologists” (I NEED to be one of those!) on staff to help you create your dream ice cream.
And if ice cream isn’t your bag, no worries. There’s a savory sharable menu to dig through including everything from fries to chicken bites.
The Sweeterie Confectionary Kitchen
Also opening on the first day the park opens (April 2nd), The Sweeterie is perfect for folks with a sweet tooth. If you like beautiful desserts with creative flavors and gorgeous plating, you’ll definitely want to make a beeline for this restaurant.
The Sweeterie has three desserts on its menu named after popular Hersheypark rides:
- Comet™ Coaster Bar
- Kissing Tower™ Mousse Cake
- Chocolatetown™ Cheesecake
I’ve seen one photo of the crazy cool-looking desserts and I’m already to dive in.
