If you love walking into Disney hotels and resorts and take a big breath in when you enter, you’re definitely not alone. My favorite Disney hotel lobby scent is refreshing, uplifting, and pleasant – and I’ve found the exact perfume dupe for $12. Here’s everything you need to know about it, what it’s called, and where to purchase.
$12 Disney Hotel Lobby Scent
For a hotel or resort to count as an official Walt Disney World one, it has to be located on property. Each of the hotels are around five locations: Magic Kingdom (they’re the most expensive!), Epcot (both Deluxe and Moderate Resorts), Disney Hollywood Studios (Moderate and Value), and Disney’s Animal Kingdom (Deluxe to Value Resorts – many of which are my absolute favorite).
The fifth location are the Disney Springs Hotels. Located only a few miles from Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Epcot, you get the perks of staying on property without paying the huge premium of staying near one of the four theme parks.
The Disney Springs Hotels include:
Holiday Inn Orlando
Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista
DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Orlando
Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace
B Resort and Spa Lake Buena Vista
Drury Plaza Hotel Lake Buena Vista
Wyndham Lake Buena Vista
Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista
With these Disney Springs hotels, you get the perks of early park admission and theme park transportation which are the two best.
And with each of the WDW Resorts and Hotels, you may notice a distinct scent the second you walk into the lobby. Created to enhance your stay, each is beautiful in its own way. One of my favorite Disney hotel lobby scents is the one a B Resort & Spa at Disney Springs and while shopping yesterday, I came across the exact dupe for it. Here’s the scoop.
B Resort & Spa Lobby Scent – Where to Find It
Like I wrote above, I was Christmas shopping yesterday and popped in Penneys to check out Sephora while it’s still in the stores (all Penneys’ locations are moving to Kohls department stores) and spied the most adorable perfume bottles, so I had to test drive them as each was only $12.
And the first one I tried smelled EXACTLY like the B Resort at Disney Springs and its lobby area. I love finding affordable products to purchase for my home that smell like Disney scents, whether they’re similar to the theme parks or resorts, don’t you? Remember the $4 candle from Aldi that smelled exactly like a Dole Whip in Magic Kingdom?
Did you know that Walt Disney World pumps scent into the air in their theme parks? Here’s the scoop on more Magic Kingdom secrets.
The Solinotes The Blanc White Tea scent in the clear bottle with sea green lettering is the scent. According to the official perfume description, here’s the breakdown:
“Bubbly, delicately zesty citrus fruits gently awaken the senses and showcase a real tea leaf perfume.
The purity and freshness of its notes, highly sought after in perfumery, are enhanced with Cardamom & Bergamot for a perfume that’s bursting with light.
Soothing Sage lulls the fragrance with its pleasant aromatic notes…
Osmanthus Blossoms and their peachy apricot scent blend together with Musk to form the base.”
Disney Hotel Lobby Scent for B Resort- Sizes and Prices
There are two sizes of The Blanc available at Penneys:
1 Ounce Bottle – $12
1.7 Ounce Bottle – $20
While it’s technically an eau de parfum personal fragrance, I plan on spraying it lightly on my curtains and lamp shades in the living room to get a happy flashback to the times we walked into B Resort’s lobby each day of a visit.
