Before I really dig into the best quick service restaurants at Disney World, I have to disclose that this post is to help you plan your dining for your next visit to the most magical place on earth. It’s not to slight any of the restaurants and by not including them on this list, it doesn’t mean they don’t have great potential for dining.
Also, for your dining pleasure (Thank you, Lumiere!), here’s the entire list of Quick Service restaurants at Disney World.
Also to note: while the Disney Dining Plan does offer Quick Service dining, at this time the entirety has been discontinued. Fingers crossed it comes back soon.
Best Quick Service Restaurants at Disney World – Magic Kingdom
I really enjoy counter service restaurants at Magic Kingdom for two reasons. First, I always enjoy the theming each restaurant offers. And second, I want to see and ride as much as possible, so I love getting in, eating, and getting back to the rides and attractions. Here are the best Quick Service Magic Kingdom restaurants:
Sleepy Hollow
Where – Liberty Square in Magic Kingdom near Cinderella Castle. It’s right on the Festival of Fantasy parade route, too.
Atmosphere – All outside dining, but most of the table have shade and covering
Meals Served – Breakfast and Snacks
Menu Standouts – If you enjoy hitting Magic Kingdom at rope drop and grabbing breakfast, this is the counter service restaurant for you. Famous for both its sweet and savory massive waffle sandwiches (the savory versions have since left the current menu), you literally can’t go wrong with any of the menu choices. But if you need it narrowed down, go for the Fresh Fruit Waffle Sandwich with bananas, berries, and chocolate-hazelnut spread.
Columbia Harbour House
Where – Liberty Square in Magic Kingdom – and Fantasyland near Haunted Mansion
Atmosphere – A New England-style tavern that features plenty of two-story seating. Fun fact: It’s the only place in Liberty Square that offers guest bathrooms – they’re upstairs and in the fantasyland part of the building.
Meals Served – Lunch and Dinner
Menu Standouts – I love the fact that the Kid’s Menu has unique offering including Grilled Salmon and Shrimp Skewers. CHH is the place to go in Magic Kingdom for seafood entrees including New England clam chowder, a Shrimp Boil, and Lobster rolls.
Casey’s Corner
Where – At the end of Main Street U.S.A. in Magic Kingdom
Atmosphere – An all-American hot doggery, you’ll find plenty of unique hot dogs and, of course, hot fries to go with them.
Meals Served – Lunch and dinner
Menu Standouts –
Pecos Bill’s Tall Tale Inn & Cafe
Where – Frontierland in Magic Kingdom
Atmosphere – A rootin’, tootin’ Old West Saloon theme with a massive amount of seating.
Meals Served – Lunch and Dinner
Menu Standouts – There’s plenty of Mexican food including fajitas, rice bowls (my favorite), and tacos. guests love the fact that there’s a fixin’s bar filled with toppings for the entrees.
Best Quick Service Restaurants at Disney World – Epcot
By far, Epcot has the most restaurants than any of the other three theme parks at Walt Disney World. So, there’s no denying there are plenty of counter service restaurants to choose from, each with its own atmosphere and food offerings. Here are the best Quick Service Epcot restaurants to try on your next trip to the park:
Regal Eagle Smokehouse
Where – American Adventure Pavillion in World Showcase at Epcot
Atmosphere – Early American theme with lots of indoor seating
Meals Served – All-American barbecue featuring Kansas-style smoked chicken, Memphis dry rubbed pork ribs, Texas beef brisket, and North Carolina smoked pork butt – and craft beer and side dishes to go with it.
Menu Standouts – As a chicken fan, go. for the smoked chicken. But, you really can’t go wrong with any of the entrees, except maybe the Jackfruit burger – it’s not the greatest.
Katsura Grille
Where – Japan Pavilion in World Showcase at Epcot
Atmosphere – This counter service restaurant is a hidden gem for my family. It sits in the back, upper-left corner of the pavilion and if you didn’t know to look for it, you may miss it. It is simplicity and beauty that only Japan can do.
Meals Served – Lunch and Dinner – Traditional-style Japanese cuisine
Menu Standouts -Tonkotsu (pork) ramen, Tokyo sushi combo, and Shrimp Teriyaki are always great choices. The green tea cheesecake has been swapped out for yuzu cheesecake, but it’s still very good.
Les Halle Boulangerie-Patisserie
Where – French Pavilion in World Showcase in Epcot
Atmosphere – It’s like walking inside to a French bakery with all of the decadent entrees, sandwiches, and dessert you can. handle.
Meals Served – Lunch and Dinner
Menu Standouts – Lobster Bisque, Croque Monsieur (toasted ham and cheese sandwich), and Brie au Pommes (brie sandwich with apples and cranberries. For dessert, you can try a single macaron or buy them in a multipack. The Créme Brulée is pretty amazing, too.
Connections Eatery
Where – World Celebration at Epcot
Atmosphere – The beautiful country murals make the atmosphere fun
Meals Served – Lunch & Dinner
Menu Standouts – You’ll find entrees from across the globe including burgers, pizza, and salads. As for one of the best Quick Service salads at Disney World, check out the General Tso Chicken for a fun spin.
La Cantina de San Angel
Where – Mexico Pavilion in World Showcase in Epcot
Atmosphere – Gorgeously Mexican with mainly-outdoor seating. But if you want to dine inside, ask a castmember to see if the indoor area is open – another hidden gem of dining at Epcot.
Meals Served – Lunch and dinner – Traditional Mexican food (yum!)
Menu Standouts – You can’t go wrong with any of its tacos, but I really love the Empanada con Queso. Rice, fried plantains, black beans, and guacamole are really good sides to try as well. In my opinion, La Cantina is one of the best of the best Quick Service restaurants at Disney World.
Yorkshire County Fish Shop
Where -UK Pavilion in World Showcase in Epcot

Best Quick Service Restaurants at Disney World – Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Docking Bay 7
Where – Star War’s: Galaxy’s Edge in Hollywood Studios
Atmosphere – As part of the Black Spire theme, the interior is one of the best in all of Disney World’s Quick Service restaurants. There are regular tables, but my favorite is dining inside a shipping container.
Meals Served – Lunch and Dinner
Menu Standouts -Batuuan Beef and Crispy Topato Stir-fry with smoky beef brisket, Fried Endorian Chicken Tip Yip, and Pirjanad Hot Chicken Tip Yip.
Woody’s Lunch Box
Where – Toy Story Land in Hollywood Studios
Atmosphere – We’re all shrunken dow to toy size, so the atmosphere is Andy’s handwork of creating tables out of toy pieces – adorable. Dining is completely outside, but there are umbrellas to provide shade.
Meals Served – Breakfast, Lunch, and dinner. In my opinion, the breakfast here is one of the best Quick Service breakfast Disney World has as it’s just enough food to tie your over until lunch.
Menu Standouts – For breakfast, go for a potato barrel breakfast bowl or lunch box tart. For lunch and dinner, you can’t go wrong with Totchos or a Grilled Three-Cheese Sandwich.
Best Quick Service Restaurants at Disney World – Disney’s Animal Kingdom

Atmosphere – Outdoor seating with Pan-Asian decor

Earl of Sandwich
Where – Marketplace in Disney Springs
Atmosphere – A sub and sandwich shop with a British kick
Meals Served – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Polite Pig
Where – Town Center in Disney Springs
Atmosphere – American BBQ themed
Meals Served – Lunch and Dinner
Menu Standouts – Another great BBQ restaurant, it’s all about smoked meats and sides. If you want a sample of its best sellers, go for the Butcher Board for 2.
Chicken Guy!
Where – West Side Town Center in Disney Springs
Atmosphere – Bright and lively, it’s got the Guy Fieri vibe and feel. Both indoor and outdoor seating with carryout available.
Meals Served – Lunch and Dinner
Menu Standouts – Personally, Chicken Guy! my favorite chicken joint in Disney World, not to mention one of the best Quick Service restaurants at Disney World, and not just because it has 22 dipping sauces to choose from. It’s milkshakes are a dessert in themselves as well.
Best Quick Service Restaurants at Disney World – Disney World Resorts
Capt. Cook’s
Where – Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort
Atmosphere – A laidback island vibe. Both indoor and outdoor seating are available.
Meals Served – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
