Where we dined during our stay was at Rockwell’s Bistro and it did not disappoint. There was everything on the menu from filets to chicken to the massive tomahawk steak large enough for two. As for breakfast, I really enjoyed the massive fruit plate and Mr. Locke, a true carnivore, went for heartier dishes like Eggs Benedict and breakfast meats.

As for The Peak, it’s an ideal location to relax after dinner and drinks. During our winter stay, I loved the fact that the resort’s shuttle took us straight to the building and all we had to do was change into our swimsuits and run for the steamy hot tub.
And if you’re up for some sport, The Peak has glow-in-the-dark bowling and indoor axe throwing with easy electronic scoring.
